New Phase Counselling Therapy
We all need support as we navigate through a new phase in our lives.
Life can be stressful and we all struggle. Sometimes an unexpected event happens and knocks us to our knees or we want a change and we’re unsure what steps to take. It can feel like we have tried everything and nothing will change.
Yet, there is hope. There are always options and new possibilities. It takes courage to ask for help. Getting support and guidance is a sign of strength, wisdom, and self-care.
As an older therapist who has lived a life full of challenges and transitions, I bring a deep understanding of the uncertainty and stress that we all feel. Together, we will identify what’s important to you, what’s holding you back, and how to take action towards the life you want to lead.
