New Phase Counselling Therapy
We all need support as we navigate through a new phase in our lives.
Life can be challenging and we all struggle at various points in our lives. Sometimes an unexpected event happens and knocks us to our knees, or we want a change and we’re unsure what steps to take. It can feel like nothing will change.
Yet, there is hope. There are always options and new possibilities. It takes courage to ask for help. Getting support and guidance is a sign of strength, wisdom, and self-care.
I have personal experience and a deep understanding of the challenges, uncertainty and complexities of life. In therapy, I use a strength-based, culturally-responsive, trauma-informed, collaborative approach.
Together, we will identify what’s important to you, what’s holding you back, and how to take action towards the life you want to lead.
About Me
I am committed to creating a therapeutic space where clients can explore their challenges related to anxiety, stress, chronic pain, depression, grief, irritability, anger, low self-esteem, and life transitions.
We all face challenges and uncertainty throughout our lifetimes including: expectations from others, work-related stress, career changes, relationship conflicts, financial struggles, death of a loved one or pet, living away from loved ones, parenting, becoming an empty-nester, caring for older parents, injury and/or chronic illness.
No matter what you are dealing with, I can hold space for you and assist you in determining your next steps.
In-Person and Virtual Therapy for:
Adults of all genders and people who are 2SLGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and/or neurodivergent.
I also have knowledge and understanding of the challenges faced by immigrants and student-athletes.
